We offer a range of engaging tours including guided site tours, bushtucker tour, gallery tours and cultural knowledge tours. Book a tour with us today!

Guided Site Tour

This tour is catered to tour groups and groups of 5-10 people. We will provide you with a local Indigenous guide for a half day tour to show you one of 14 local significant Aboriginal sites starting at 10 minutes from town.

You will need to provide transport and will get a wonderful and in depth guided tour through the significant site.

This tour is available for small and large groups.

Bush Tucker Tour

Come for a walking tour of our grounds and learn about how local Aboriginal peoples gathered, prepared and cooked foods.

This 30 minute tour is a wonderful way to learn information while enjoying the beautiful weather that Armidale offers throughout spring and summer.

These tours are only available through Spring and Summer seasons.

Gallery Tour

This tour is an excellent introduction to the artists we work with and features an in depth cultural explanation of the current pieces and their meanings.

The regular tour is 30 minutes long and once a fortnight we’ll be featuring a tour with the artist who talk about their experiences while creating the works and details of the artworks themselves.

This is a 60 minute tour and
has limited spaces.

Cultural Knowledge Tour

This includes a tour of our vast artefact collection, rated at the largest collection of Aboriginal artefacts in New South Wales.

Archival (30 minutes): Have a short tour and see some of our most culturally significant items.

Two Galleries (60 minutes): Get the above plus an introduction to our current exhibitions and walk through both of our superb galleries.
